Under the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason, except in the cases below, where special rules apply because of the nature of digital content and services.
This is a digital product that is not delivered on a physical medium. Under the Consumer Protection Act, you lose the right of withdrawal the moment you receive access or the download link, provided that you have given your explicit prior consent for immediate delivery and confirmed that you understand you thereby lose that right (you confirm this by ticking the box before payment).
If you have not downloaded the file yet (for example, a technical problem or an error in your order), write to us at info@anabrzakovic.com within 14 days and we will sort it out.
The program is delivered digitally, immediately after payment. The right of withdrawal ends the moment you receive access to the program, provided that you have given your explicit prior consent for immediate delivery and confirmed that you understand you thereby lose that right (you confirm this by ticking the box before payment).

You have the standard right of withdrawal within 14 days of payment. If a coaching session has already been held in that period (at your explicit request to start before the deadline expires), we keep the proportionate part of the payment corresponding to the value of the session or sessions held, and refund the rest. If no session has been held, we refund the full amount.
Cancellation and refund terms for corporate training are agreed individually, by contract, before the work begins.
Refunds are always made to the same payment card used for the purchase, by reversing or partially reversing the original transaction through Raiffeisen Bank. We do not refund in cash, to a bank account, or to a different card, because card scheme rules do not allow it.
We start the refund within 14 days of an accepted request. How soon the money appears on your account depends on the bank that issued your card, and usually takes from a few days to one billing cycle.
Send an email to info@anabrzakovic.com with: your name, the email address used for the purchase, the name of the product or service, and the reason (optional, but it helps us improve). The refund is made using the same method used for payment, within 14 days of an accepted request.
