Coaching services (individual and group), online programs with digital access, digital products for download (ebooks, workbooks), and corporate training.
Prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD), and on some pages also in euros, for orientation only. Payment is always charged in dinars.
The price is final. The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
We reserve the right to change prices, but the price you paid at the time of your order remains valid for that order.
Payment is made exclusively by card, through Raiffeisen Bank’s secure payment page (virtual POS). We never see or store your card details.
All products are delivered electronically, with no shipping costs.
If your delivery does not arrive within 1 hour, please check your spam folder and write to us at info@anabrzakovic.com.
Send your complaint to info@anabrzakovic.com, from the email address used for the purchase, including your name, the product name and a description of the problem.
We confirm receipt of your complaint within 8 days, and you receive our decision and the deadline for resolving it no later than 15 days from receipt, in accordance with the Serbian Consumer Protection Act.
If the complaint is accepted, the money is returned to the card used for payment, as described in the Refund Policy.
For digital content delivered immediately (the workbook, Svesno i smireno), the right of withdrawal ends the moment you receive access to the content, based on your explicit consent, which you confirm by ticking the box before payment.
For The Path of Change coaching program, you have 14 days from payment. If, at your request, a session has already been held within that period, we keep the proportionate part of the payment that corresponds to the sessions held.
