When you buy a product, we also add you to our mailing list, to which we occasionally send the newsletter and information about our programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and this does not affect the product you have already purchased.
Card payments are made on Raiffeisen Bank’s page. We never see or store your card details. From the bank we receive only the data needed for our records: the amount, the time, the authorization code and the last four digits of the card. We keep order data as part of our business and accounting records, and as proof of delivery, in line with our obligations to the bank (at least 120 days) and with tax regulations.
We use the data from The Path of Change application form (name, email and your answers) solely to assess the application and arrange our work together. Applications that are not accepted are deleted 12 months after we receive them. Data about accepted and paid applications is kept as part of our business records.

We keep your data while you have an active account or subscription, or until you ask us to delete it. Order data is kept in line with the legal deadlines for tax documentation (usually 5 to 10 years under accounting regulations).
You have the right to: request access to your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (“the right to be forgotten”), withdraw your consent for the newsletter at any time (the unsubscribe link is in every email), and lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
